Models 1470 and 1471 Stereotaxic Drills are for placing holes in the skull at precise coordinates for electrodes, cannula or micro injection.
Both drills come with the Foredom Model F motor 1/15 hp and operates 110 - 130 volts AC/DC. They include a carbon resistant foot operated speed control offering infinitely variable motor speeds with 33” flexible shaft. Speed range is from 0-14,000 rpm.
Model 1470 Stereotaxic Drill includes Foredom F motor and foot control. Handpiece comes with a duplex spring drive connector and quick release lever action to facilitate rapid accessory changes. Accepts shank sizes 3/32” (2.35 mm) only. Model 1466-B stereotaxic handpiece holder is included for easy attachment to any Kopf stereotaxic manipulator.
