Reference Manager’s Web publisher even allows you and others to add and edit references via the Web browser. Reference Manager provides a simple Web publishing tool and built-in Web server so you can post up to 15 databases in seconds.

When sharing databases with the network version of Reference Manager, multiple users can read and write to the same database down to the field level within the same bibliographic record. The network program is licensed based on either the number of workstations or on concurrent accesses to the program. Minimum 5 users.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or later/FireFox 2.0 or later is required for launching data in the Web/URL field and OpenURL feature.
In order to use Reference Manager’s Internet Search command or to use the Web Publisher component, an Internet connection is required.
Word Processor Compatibility
Cite While You Write feature compatible with Microsoft Word® 2003, 2007.
The Reference Manager 12.0.3 update provides Cite While You Write compatibility with Word 2010 (32-bit). Microsoft recommends installing 32-bit Office for both 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems.
Network Versions
Reference Manager is available as a true network application with multiple read/write access to the same database – down to the field level. Workstation and concurrent networking licenses are available.
